To the wider breath

Of our global society

That the sheer purpose

Of our living

People of faith

Is to

Endure untold suffering

Isolate ourselves,

While judging others

Experience terror

Beyond our human endurance

And remain crippled

At Calvary,

So that when God comes

Bringing hellfire

Taking our lives,

So that

We really
