Grace,

And

Peace

To you,

My sisters,

Brothers And

Siblings in Christ.

We are blessed,

Because of what has been poured

Into our very being

From the moment the Creator,

Cradled us From stardust

And blew into us,

Holy Breath.

We did not come into this world,

As sinners

As unforgivable

But as heirs

To the promises

Of that

Sacred

Covenant.

(pause)

We are called,

And marked

As the Creator’s,

Not only through birth

But through Water
