Grace and Peace to you,

My sisters

Brothers

And

Siblings

In

Christ.

I believe we as people of faith,

Are waiting at the cliff,

Wanting to turn our “but first,”

Into “I am Ready, Lord.”

“But first, Lord

We need to make sure these people

Are all saved..”

But we forget,

It was at the cross

Where,

All of us

Where,

Those who had followed Jesus

Experienced a radical revelation

Of God’s liberating power,

That turned a symbol

Of torture

And

Death,

Upside down
