Brothers

In

Christ

On this night of nights,

We are in anticipation

When Life itself was transformed

And God, whom we thought was hidden

Revealed Godself

In the form,

Of a babe,

Christ, the Lord

Amen.

(Pause)

Anticipation!

There is this tension that seems to flow,

This time of the year,

On this day,

Because

We

Are

Waiting!

YES,

We know the story,

But we are still

WAITING!

Waiting,

For this SOMETHING
