Christ.

Faced with the debris

In our

Collective

Life’s

Journey,

Having to always prove our worth

Contradicting the narrative that the world

Has already

broadcast

about our failures,

We are aware,

that Light eternal

burns brightly

whether as tiny

lighting bugs

or as breathtaking

as

fireworks,

These things,

In

Creation

Directs us always

To where our help

will always come from

As children of the Creator

we know we can always

return

Home

Where the warmth of Love

Through the Holy Spirit

Shines

Where waters flow,

cupped and poured over us by the One

Who has the power to wash away our brokenness

Who,

Through healing flames

Of

The Holy Spirit

Has cleasned the threshing floor

Of anything that could separate us

From the Creator

Even,

Death

Itself,

Jesus Christ,

Our Savior
